This is a family of techniques with the common goal of identifying the main influences on an overall measure. Examples of the overall measure include overall satisfaction, likelihood to recommend, or value for money.
Where a relationship between other measures and the overall measure exist, we calculate the relative influence of each measure - or driver.
Results are often illustrated on a quadrant chart.
